The fee for this service is $100.00 (one hundred) USD, and if we are unable to remove the viruses and spyware infecting your machine $75 (seventy five) USD wil be refunded to you. Please be aware the removal and maintenance process can take serveral hours and may require a few remote sessions to complete. No additional fees will be charged while a service ticket remains open. No guarentee can be made that viruses/spyware and other forms of malware will not return, only that they have been completely removed at the close of the service ticket. No one can control what websites will be visited or software will be installed after the removal is preformed. The use of a good anti-virus/anti-spyware software is strongly suggested, but they are not 100% effective against all forms of unwanted programs.
